Before submitting your proposal, please check the guidelines below and the information in the\u00a0Call for Abstracts<\/a> and\u00a0Guidelines for Presenters<\/a>, and read our\u00a0Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement<\/a>\u00a0carefully.<\/p>\n

TYPES OF SUBMISSIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
\nLive presentation online or pre-recorded video presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
This submission type can include:
\n– Accomplished empirical or theoretical research with corresponding results or reports;
\n– or New developments in the given themes, employing qualitative or quantitative methods of either primary or secondary data.<\/p>\n

Initially, this submission type must include an abstract. Keep in mind that\u00a0if your abstract gets selected for publication, you will be asked for a final complete paper (limited to 5 pages long)<\/strong>, besides the Presentation itself.<\/p>\n

Authors will be able to present their contributions virtually, either live via Zoom, or by sending a pre-recorded video presentation.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Proposals for Oral papers must include (Abstract Template<\/strong>:\u00a0download here<\/a><\/strong>):
\n\u2013 Title<\/span> (max. 15 words);
\n\u2013 Abstract main text<\/span> (max. 400 words);
\n\u2013 Keywords<\/span> (max. 5)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

POSTERS
\nLive presentation online or pre-recorded video presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
This submission type is an alternative format for freestanding research presenters. Poster sessions facilitate informal discussion and can be a more personal form for exchange of information.<\/p>\n

A poster\/demonstration must:
\n– Contain implemented information work about a subject;
\n– Be informative but also engaged visually and easy to understand.Initially, this submission type must include an abstract.<\/p>\n

WORKSHOPS
\nLive presentation online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
This submission type provides an opportunity for a group of participants to achieve a specific goal or address a particular problem.
\nIt can be designed to:
\n\u2013 Train or educate participants in a particular research methodology or theoretical approach;
\n\u2013 Address a specific problem, such as how to use particular research findings in health psychological care or policy;
\n\u2013 Develop a consensus on a particular issue (for example, the goal of the workshop may be to produce a position statement or policy on a particular topic, to identify priorities in a specific area or to develop theoretical perspectives or methodologies).<\/p>\n

Initially, this submission type must include an abstract.\u00a0 Keep in mind that\u00a0if your abstract gets selected for publication, you will be asked for a final complete paper (limited to 3 pages long)<\/strong>, besides the Presentation itself.<\/p>\n

Authors will be able to present their contributions virtually, in a live Zoom session, no video presentations are allowed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Important Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>In the initial submission,\u00a0the description of\u00a0the methodology used for the workshop has to be very clear<\/strong>, so that we can easily identify if it is really a Workshop or a mere lecture.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Proposals for Workshops must include (Abstract Template<\/strong>:\u00a0download here<\/a><\/strong>):
\n\u2013 Title<\/span>\u00a0(max. 15 words);
\n\u2013 Abstract main text<\/u>\u00a0(max.\u00a0250\u00a0words)\u00a0with the following:
\n\u00a0 \u00a01. Purpose<\/em> (statement of the problem or goal to be addressed);
\n\u00a0 \u00a02. Background<\/em>\u00a0(concise summary placing session in context, aims of the workshop and expected outcomes for participants);
\n\u00a0 \u00a03. Key points<\/em>\u00a0(details of key arguments or the skills and activities covered);
\n\u00a0 \u00a04. Procedure \/ Methodology\u00a0<\/em>(description of how the session will be conducted);
\n\u00a0 \u00a05. Description of the participants<\/em> (describe the intended participants and their maximum number for the\u00a0workshop).;
\n\u2013 Keywords<\/u>\u00a0(max. 5)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

COMPANY PRESENTATIONS
\nLive presentation online<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
This type of contribution allows Companies to present recent developments and applications, inform a large and qualified audience of new outcomes and showcase company\u2019s products and services.
\nThere will be a time slot for companies to make their live presentations via Zoom. These presentations offer companies the opportunity to display its latest offerings of hardware, software, tools, services and books. HOW TO SUBMIT ONLINE<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Abstracts must be submitted through our step-by-step\u00a0Electronic Submission System. We do not accept the submission of Abstracts by email.<\/p>\n

Step 1 – Author(s) Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fill the “Author Information” box by order of representation.
\nThe information of each author must be complete, these are the contacts that will be used to communicate with the authors.
\nPut a check in the corresponding box if you or any of your co-authors are a member of the Conference Scientific Committee.
\nImportant notes<\/strong>:<\/span>
\n– This is the ONLY<\/strong>\u00a0place where you give your personal details – Abstracts\u00a0CANNOT INCLUDE<\/strong> information about author’s identification in this initial phase.
\n– Please DO NOT<\/strong> use any Accent marks<\/strong> and\/or Diacritical marks<\/strong> in the submission form, since our online platform doesn’t recognize them.<\/p>\n

Step 2 – Paper Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

Type your abstract\/paper title in the first box and in “Paper Abstract” box, paste your main text from your abstract paper file – this will guarantee the association of your contact details with your abstract, while the abstract file maintains anonymity for the refereeing procedure.
\nThen, upload your file in\u00a0doc, rtf or PDF\u00a0formats only\u00a0<\/strong>– no other formats will be accepted (like .ppt files, for example).
\nThe file max. size is 5 Mb.<\/p>\n

In the “Track” boxes select the topic areas you are submitting to:
\n1) Select one of the 5 main areas (A – TEACHERS AND STUDENTS, B – PROJECTS AND TRENDS, C – TEACHING AND LEARNING, or D – ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES)
\n2) Select the sub-theme(s) corresponding to that main area.
\n3) Finally select the “Presentation Type”: Oral Presentation, Poster\/Demonstration, Workshop or Company Presentation.<\/p>\n

Final Step<\/strong>\u00a0– Make sure the mandatory fields are covered and then click the\u00a0SUBMIT<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n

Once you have submitted your abstract, you will receive an email confirming receipt (check also your SPAM box). If you don’t receive an email after 24 hours, please contact the conference secretariat on secretariat@end-educationconference.org<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n
